She has worked deeply in research, design and development, psychometric testing and development and assessment centres. She is known in corporate India as a strong entrepreneur and facilitator of repute, bringing passion and people transformation to business reality. It is our focus to be seen as a complete end-to-end learning solutions provider by clients, which has driven Sheila to make Chrysalis what it is today.
Wali Kashvi is the Managing Partner of Chrysalis. He has been with Chrysalis for nearly 14 years.
He has carved out a niche for himself in developing future leaders and driving

In the last 2 decades, Wali has worked closely with people in various industries, diverse functions and across age groups in India and overseas. His experiences across the canvas has helped clients implement solutions across the organisation for large groups that are easily adaptable, result focused, sustainable & future focused. He is known for building strong relationships around him with his knowledge and execution excellence, which makes him a valuable contributor at Chrysalis.
Wali is a weekend cyclist who prefers to clock at least 100kms per ride. He is a gym junkie and spends a lot time reading about health and fitness.
He actively takes part in any drive that makes India clean and corruption free.
Saumya is an Associate Partner and Head of the Facilitation team. In over 20 years of working, her focus has been Learning and Development, Capability Building and Organisational Development Interventions. She has worked from end to end in these areas. The exposure across industries has helped broaden the horizon of understanding and implementing initiatives.
The learning and development interventions have ranged from basic customer service to leadership initiatives for middle and senior management teams. This has involved content development, delivery and post training evaluation. Culture building initiatives, engagement initiatives and quality initiatives are some of the areas that have been the focus for OD interventions. She has been actively involved in leadership pipeline development through Coaching and Mentoring.
Saumya is certified as a Gallup trainer, is certified on Thomas Profiler, trained on Emotional Intelligence and the GENOS (Emotional Intelligence Tool) and participated in the Basic Lab of ISABS, which has helped in better implementation of these initiatives.
Swami is an Associate Partner and Head of Solutions, Design and Development at Chrysalis. Swami’s 18 year career spans across multinational corporations, consulting firms and start-ups.
He has extensive experience in the area of design, development and consulting around learning solutions. He drives his teams to deliver Results Based Learning™ solutions that impact the business metrics of Chrysalis’ diverse clients. He has facilitated programs on Collaboration, Mentoring and Leadership Development for senior executives.
Swami has an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas and is currently pursuing his doctorate in the area of Yogic Psychology. Swami is a certified wellness facilitator and is passionate about yogic leadership and self-exploration.
In the 10 years that Deepti has spent at Chrysalis, she has had the opportunity to contribute in the Facilitation, Design and Talent functions across various locations. This experience is what has made her the astute Talent professional that she is. The time spent in various function has given her an exclusive insight into the attributes and skills required to succeed in these functions. Her understanding of business and her belief in Chrysalis’ values allows her to identify and source the most fitting talent for team Chrysalis. As the Head of Talent function all her endeavours at Chrysalis are driven by the Talent vision to make Chrysalis ‘The most compelling choice for its people’ by creating a workplace that allows its people to ‘Learn, Grow and Prosper’.
Pranav Shankar Priyadarshi is the Head of Digital Learning & Technology at Chrysalis. He is a Technology Management professional with around a decade of experience in IT, Banking, Financial Services and Learning & Development.
He has a keen learning aptitude, a practicing Project Management approach and keeps pace with the faster, ever-changing world of Technology and drives adoption and change management throughout Chrysalis’ clientele as well as internally. Pranav also oversees the Technology Touch at Chrysalis. He has hands-on experience in providing scalable and robust solutions, managing Enterprise Applications and a host of diversified applications on cloud platforms, especially in the Digital Learning space.
He likes to travel and watch movies in his spare time with a passion for quizzing and, whenever he gets an opportunity, he takes on teaching school kids as his contribution towards society.
